Logic?

Is it possible to add if logic yet? Say, make a cogeneration plant that has "If water tank full, do not make heat" or a sewage switch. "If line A isn't accepting swage, try B. If B is not accepting, try C." That way I could prioritize one sewage line, then the second one.

IIRC there was / is a mod in the workshop somewhere that uses mixed waste for bricks, intending to use ash. But, as there was not found a way to make it use 100% ash only it had to be mixed waste.

I have been meaning to find it at some point, rather than just try and dissipate ash.
