Are there any mods to locate settlements?

It may be a stupid question, but I personally have no idea what to type in to find what i'm looking for, so I'm asking here. I'm trying furiously to find a certain settlement type, but all I keep finding are florans. I need a way to see what settlements are present before landing if possible. Again, I have no idea what to look for, so I'm asking if anyone knows a mod that does this.

I think the closest mod to that is More Planet Info?

+1 for MPI, you also have several fixes/patches for vanilla and moded game. Also if you don't use mods that change planets generation you can search on a sharing coordinates topics as the the universe is the same for everyone (but depending on your OS I think).
