Ethnicities & Portraits Expanded mod update
Does anyone know what's going on with this mod? stil not working with latest update, and all the links on the mod page have been removed. And since the comment section is disabled, can't get info from there either.

Either they're just updating the workshop page, or a developer had a tantrum and deleted everything. Happens from time to time.

Or perhaps it is related to the chaos caused by the new US administration, because "ethnicity" is on a list of words you're not allowed to use anymore under US jurisdiction. Just like the words "black", "pregnant", "diversity", "bisexual", or "Gulf of Mexico".

The mod is, as I'm aware of, compatible with 1.15.0.2 version of the game. The current version of the game is 1.16.0.1. It usually takes months before the mod is updated. The update is announced on reddit and maybe other platforms, you can check from time to time there
They should post updates on the mod page here on Steam. Who wants another reason to go to Reddit?

You can send the modder a message. The new workshop notifications system makes it work for a modder to check for replies to mods. Also, a lot of modders disable comments because the trolls and morons.

As for the rightwing hate brigade, you're still allowed to say demeaning insults against women, the 6 letter f-word against LGBT+ people, and "woke" at everything you dislike which provides representation for something or stands up for something.

When the left wants to ban words, they want to ban hateful insults and hate speech, and misinformation. When the rightwing wants to ban words, they just want to ban any word that provides a language to discuss issues, or that stands up for someone they hate, or attempts to provide understanding about someone they hate

The two are not the same.

FWIW, the links on the Steam Workshop page are back.

No update tho
EPE has a discord channel where modding crew gives update on status.

And why the EPE workshop does not have comments or links. Probably modders got pissed off constantly answer the same question over and over: Are we there yet (meaning when is the mod updated).

If you join discord do not ask when the mod gets updated, you get instantly banned.

I believe it's called Gulf of America.
