Arrest enemies mod

I'm looking for a mod that allows me to arrest enemies and forcing them to surrender to arrest them, Is there one mod that allows you to arrest enemies and take them prisoner where you can turn them in? I'm also looking for some items that makes arresting easier.

Its what bounty hunter was supposed to do, original prview of the update were showing a player using a lasso. It was abandonned and have now to defeat ennemies.

I doubt, they weren't be able to make the game behave like this, so its probably hard coded. Maybe OpenStarbound could do that but may makes mods incompatible.
The only capture elements a mod could bring is using capture pods on ennemies I think.

I means its game engine limits. They made an animation with a guy you were catching with a lasso when announcing the update, bue we ended up with the actual system where you have to "kill" the bad guys.
