"Steam must be running!" error when uploading mods
I'm trying to upload a mod onto the workshop, and every time I press "upload" it says that the mod failed to upload, and "steam must be running", even though it is running. if anybody has a fix for this, it would be very appreciated

Are you launching RL through Steam or through an alternative source like launching the .exe directly? Also, is Steam in offline mode?

Never mind, fixed this error. All I had to do was boot the game from steam, rather than booting it up normally
