can someone make a mod that makes it so Supremacy (and Supremacy Hybrid) tier 4 Rangers get at least half of the Ranged Strength boost that the other Affinities' tier 4 Rangers get, because being able to attack twice does not justify having dealing as much damage as a tier 3 Ranger (technically less if you are attacking a non-Supremacy/Supremacy Hybrid Tier 4 Ranger), heck even the Chinese's Chu-Ko-Nu Unique Unit in Civ V has more Ranged Strength than the Composite Bowman that it upgrades from while still having this double attack ability
