Mod Packs or Compilations
As many people (probably), I have a huge amount of mods and having some of them as compilation or packs would not just smallen the mod list, but also (probably) the log size, so.... why ain't there more voice or customization compilations like "Hair pack" or "Alien pack" or various voice packs. Yes, there are some existance, but compared to the amount of mods, it's pretty few and yes, I understand, that there are various different modders, but maybe they would agree to have their mod included in a pack or maybe even would be willing to pack all their mods of one category. Thoughts?

Beyond the corrupted save problem (at ~1300 active mods) there's no benefit, imo.

It's a lot of effort to chase permissions, package them, keep things updated, respond to queries etc. The benefit? Minimal, if any.

It's excatly that corrupted save problem, I would like to avoid and..... it's much easier than having various hair style mods with just one hair style etc. ...but that's my opinion

Move all your cosmetics into a local mod merge all the inis and you have 1 mod. Bad news: no updates and it will take some time if you have hundreds of mods. Or just do this with those who doesnt got update for years.

Sounds good. ...just...how to do "merge" them? In Fallout 4, I would simply start zEdit, but for XCOM 2.... no idea. Any info on that?

Well content folder is easy you just need to move 1 place from all. Localization and config needs to be merged into 1. Open one of the XComGame.int and copy the content of all other mods. Same goes to XComContent.ini, but there all goes under the [XComGame.X2BodyPartTemplateManager] header so you can skip that from other mods, or just delete all except the first at the end
