Question about mods/mutators

I'm interested in applying some mods/mutators to the game from the Workshop. Are there any mods that you can apply to yourself that transfer with you to different servers, or does it just work for your own listen/dedicated servers you wish to run?

Only client-side mods (like weapons reskin) will work for you on any server.
Which one do you want to use? You can always ask server admins to add some new mutators.
