Import weapon to preview in workshop but don't know how to fix the bone problem

I am very new to animation and doesn't have a lot of knowledge but I want to learn to make some skin in this game with my friend but get stuck when import the weapon to preview and the weapon not place on mirana hand but instead stuck on the ground I tried some fix for myself but didn't fix anything can someone help please.
