Help on editing workshop's CVars using files

I really don't know how to like, permanently edit the minimum and maximum durability of the Police Vest addon.
I have a server config, but it doesn't recognize the command and says something about "Unknown command" or something.
Did the devs change how the CFG folder files work or something?

Just came across this post, are you still having the issue? Assuming your server has installed the mutator mod properly, it should just work by putting the cvars in cfg file.
