Restart World Devastator program?
Iam currently playing the Thrawns Revenge Mod in its latest version. I just lost my growing World Devastator. Iam wonderring how i can get a new one. I have Umak Leth, in which description stands that he can restart the "World Devastator program", but not how? What should i do if i want to restart the program?

If you move him to a space slot over a planet with a level 3 or 4 shipyard, you can build a new World Devastator Frigate in the political/government tab (not the normal ship tab).
