Romance of the Three Kingdoms

Looking for any mods that incorporate this time period. I own all the ROTK games including the Total War series, but none of them let you play as those dynasties and characters in a dynamic open world like CK3. Is there any recent mod that has this other than Oats?

I don't believe so, but with east Asia being added in the next DLC I imagine that it might be more likely someone will tackle it.
