install mods cause character's arm display with strange degree

i tried to find which mod cause this issue.but i found that only install one mod is fine.
but i install multi mod.character arm will display strange.

Then remove all mods, and find out what causes the issue.
It is not a bug in the game, it is a mod issue.

It's probably just one outdated mod causing the issue.
