Hello everyone.

I created a texture mod that works fine in my game, but when it comes to upload it to the steam workshop there seems to be a problem. I think it does not upload correctly and even though it shows up in the workshop, the files don't seem to be online. When I subscribe to the mod. on another computer or on the one where I created it, it does not download any files.
I followed one of the online tutorials which was created for an older version of Prison Architect so the actual upload is not included in the tutorial.
I went to the modding folder "...\AppData\Local\Introversion\Prison Architect\mods" and I created a new folder there "Justiz im deutschen Stil". Inside this folder I created a folder "data", a "thumbnail.png" and a "manifest.txt" which looks like this:

Of corse I also added some modified texture files. Some of them directly inside data, some inside the sub-folder "sprite_replacement".
As mentioned, in my game everything works fine. The mod is listed in the menu, I can activate it and the textures in my game are changed as planed.
So then I started the game, went to menu "Extras" -> "Mods", I selected my mod and clicked on "Publish This Mod". I didn't got any error message and the mod is shown green now. The button changed to "Update This Mod". It is listed at the workshop. But, as mentioned above, when I subscribe to it, it won't download any files.
Does anybody has an idea where the problem is or what I've done wrong?
