Issues with the last two states

I need help... Missouri and now Iowa are broken for me. For example, in a 75 mph zone, the game says that I'm speeding when I go over 49 mph or speeding at 16 in a 25 etc. Also in the freight and cargo markets, neither states abbreviation in there. Just empty parenthesis () ...

Any advice?

Sounds like an issue with mismatched <country>.sui files. If you are using any timezone mod, fuel price mod, or any localisation mod for state names, etc; make sure they are up-to-date and have been updated to be compatible with Missouri and Iowa DLC

I shouldn't have any mods like that but I'll double check. Would that affect speed limits as well?

Yes, they do. The issue with your speed limit there is because the game is reading 75MPH to 75KPH aka 46MPH (which would be overspeed when you drive at 49MPH), the most common cause for this problem is mismatched <country>.sui file from the mentioned mod, like I said. If you aren't sure which one is causing it, just use mods that are compatible with 1.55 + Iowa DLC only.
