Demonic Special Infected Voices Help or Suggestions

I've fallen absolutely in love with these demonic voice mods for the Tank and Jockey by Big Chungy and would like to know how they accomplished the way these mods sound but their comments are turned off and their latest post, the Jockey, was posted back towards the end of 2017 so I don't expect them to make any new demonic voice mods any time soon.

Anyone have any similar mod suggestions for the other special infected or can tell me what I can do to achieve this effect on their voice lines myself?

Pitch shift the original sound (this should alter the sound without affecting the length of the sound), then mix down the original and altered sounds into a single sound file. Should take like 10 seconds per sound once you know what you're doing.
