Selling Buildings Mod

Is there a mod where you can sell buildings? Specifically the Nuclear Power Plant/Hydro plants? I don't know if there is a mod, or just a way in game to get rid of them, but it always bothers me when I take a city and those buildings remain- it causes a loss of resources I'd rather use. (Even more annoying if it puts me in the negatives)

You do not need a mod to sell buildings.
You can sell any building that has a maintenance cost.
Just go into the city screen scroll down to buildings and left click on the buildings icon.
It will confirm you want to sell building.
Useful if you want to raze a city sell the buildings first for gold.

"With maintenance cost"- leaves me to wonder if the 'no maintenance' mod is why I've never been able to. Heh, thank you.
