Failed to submit item update issue

i got this error " failed to submit item update " when i was uploading a mod, it happened to me yesterday and i dont know why it keeps on happening, (no im not suspended from uploading to workshop) i tried everything to fix this issue: 1. Renamed the mod folder 2. changed the mod location 3. used different previews 4. changed the preview type from png to jpg 5. changed the preview size to 512x512 to 256x256 and nothing works! can someone help me on how to fix this?

Not really sure without more info, but maybe the smaller preview is still too big? It needs to be less than a megabyte. Some have reported even 800kb being too big for the uploader to work. Try making it even smaller and seeing if it uploads.
