So I'm unsure what mod is causing it, but other factions are able to vassalize outside of their race and it's really frustrating, cause all of a sudden Dwarves become allies with Orcs, Orcs that I'm currently waging war against and I get the "Do you want to make peace with their master or declare war on their master" messages. I do not have the All Diplomatic Options mod enabled, so I'm genuinely unsure what other mod might be causing this issue. I can provide a list if needed!
