Hi, what exactly do you mean by sky bridge? Is this a modded structure or a combo of platforms and overhangs/bridges? Could you post a screenshot if it's the latter?

It's from the Emberpelts Mod. We reached out to the mod creator and they were able to answer questions about it.

i had the same question about the skybridge. did you speak with them on a form or privately? if in a public location, can you please link to the thread?

The short version is that skybridges are part of the "walkway" system in the mod, where buildings with entrances on multiple levels can be connected via covered (and solid) walkways. Skybridges are just multi-square long walkways that only need support on one end like a regular suspension bridge.
