Multi-class Mod
Could someone make a mod to allow players to select 2 (or more?) starting factions and be able to use all the perks from both? I don't expect it to be balanced at all really but I think it would be fun to use some wacky combos.

It'd be a lot simpler to just set 2 'players' to be controlled by the same user on a team.
