Disable certain industries from being generated in free mode

Hello, I've searched for a mod or instructions to create a mod and haven't had much luck, so hoping the community can point me in the right direction.

I'd like to use the Free Mode, but disable certain industries, for example a game with no Goods or related industries.

Is anyone aware of a currently working mod or know where I can find reliable resources for modding myself?

Well the sandbox mode mod allows for the industries to be deleted in a game before starting to play . Would this be enough ?

Hey, yes it looks like I'll have to go that route. I would replace the industry with what I want and just gift myself the cost.
