Crashing Owning Territory in Chaos Wastes/Disbanding heroes

So im not entirely sure why but almost every campaign i have where i own some territory in the chaos wastes (i.e. Tamurkhan, Grimgor, Kholek) i start experiencing crashes. I was able to get a full domination victory with Volkmar without any issues but as soon as I step into Kholek/Tamurkhan/Archaeon starting territory its pretty consistent. Similar crashes happen when i try to disband stand alone heroes. Anyone got any ideas?

Pending Action Destroyer

Specs
Nvidia 3090TI
Intel 13900k
32GB DDR5 RAM

Any Advice would be appreciated

I'm not sure what Pending Action Destroyer does, but I'd disable that one, because as far as I understand modding, it is the only one of those that might lead to symptoms you describe. Other than that, have you verified your file cache?
