Scenario Editor Bug?

So I'm attempting to start a new run while awaiting further advice on another modpack and for some reason, it's suddenly started glitching when I attempt to edit any scenario's, by this I mean that it literally softlocks me, unable to exit the edit scenario space nor add/remove anything, the only button that seems to be functional is the button to 'I think' save scenario. I don't know where in the files to check the error log for this since the advice I found online is severely outdated (2018) and the file doesn't appear to be there anymore.
To clarify, I can't use dev functions either, they're also in the same glitched state.

Does anyone know what mods might cause this? I've got a fairly lengthy list but I've not had the issues prior to now (Note that I'm using 1.5 not 1.6)

I had a very similar issue.. but unfortunately I also came here to find the issue and ended up downloading more mods and creating more of an issue for myself. But I did however feel like it was Map Preview, try that one first... if not the only thing I can think is the load order, I finally got my game to work by just waiting it out. For some reason I was unable to practically do anything until I turned off Map Preview and once I got in game I was unable to right click anything, and my pawns got stuck with check marks or EVERYTHING set to 3... and I was unable to change it. Autchung! was my issue as well... I dont know what happened it was fine until I started a new game in the same session. (1.5 also)
