Not tested, but CreeperHost offer Docker installations on their VPS (Linux) and SSH access (premium level services). You just need to know roughly how much RAM it may use to pick the relevant service.
If it doesn't work there you can ticket in and staff may take a look for you to see if there is any tweaking needed, failing that there's a self-service refund system in the support system.

I've used zap-hosting's vps to host a rimworld together server. They offer their own custom game server manager to easily deploy one.But I've never used their standalone game server, so your mileage may vary.
