Report a translation problem
They also flag any out of date mod and mods in the wrong order.
It could be fixed by a mod missing a dependency or being put in the wrong order of its dependency.
If nothing else they can help you trouble shoot which mod is causing a conflict by letting you more easy remove/add mods before you launch the game.
The ol'd standby, remove mods until the problem goes away then you can look more into why that particular mod is the problem.
