Game (& Rimsort) says several mods are active from mods xml when they aren't
For some reason both Rimsort & the game itself complains about active mods having duplicate package IDs, specifically with the following error
"Tried loading mod with the same packageId multiple times: Orion.Hospitality. Ignoring the duplicates."
The issue is, none of the mods it lists are active, and I've even manually deleted the mods xml to ensure as such.

I have no idea why it's trying to load these mods, or why it's these mods specifically.

the full list of problematic mods is : Fuu.BloodAnimations, Orion.Hospitality, kikohi.BetterGroundPenetratingScanner, hlx.UltratechAlteredCarbon, VanillaStorytellersExpanded.WinstonWave, VanillaExpanded.BaseGeneration. I have no idea what makes these few unique, when I literally have over 1.5 thousand mods subscribed.

Does anyone know why Rimworld (& Rimsort) keep trying to load these mods specifically and complaining about their being duplicates of them?
