Mod issues.
Various mods, simply are not working for me. Either completely or only parts of them won't work. At first I thought this was an issue of combining to many mods. But now I realize that its something else. I've tried reinstalling the game, but that hasn't helped. Is this just an issue of mods not actually working for 1.6 even though they are listed as working for 1.6??? Or is there some other common issue it could be?

Ok, I was unable to play with this pack... I chase tons of errors, the game doesn't load, well it was a nightmare... long history short: Medieval Overhaul was the mod causing all the problems, I take it out, and BOOM! The list charged.

I'm really sad, bc I tried for 14 hours or more to find the root cause, in the logs, the incompatibilities come from: NullReferenceException en MakeListOfAnimals()

and a lot of errors like:

XML error: <partName>EyeColor</partName> doesn't correspond to any field in type AvatarDef. Context: <Avatar.AvatarDef><defName>Eyes_DarkYellow</defName><partName>EyeColor</partName><geneName>Eyes_DarkYellow</geneName><color2>RGB(154,141,0)</color2></Avatar.AvatarDef>
UnityEngine.StackTraceUtility:ExtractStackTrace ()

So yeah, if you have Medieval Overhaul and mods like:

AnimalTab
BigAndSmall
VFE-Medieval
Simple Chains
Progression
Show Weapon Tallies
Alpha Biomes
ETC:

That's the problem.

I have literally not used any other mods, and some mods still don't work. Vanilla Base gen expanded for example, just don't work for some reason.

I also just tested Dubs Bad hygiene. Does not work. No clue why. The buildings all seem fine, but the underground water tiles just cause errors.
Just tested on my labtop instead of my main pc, and it worked fine?????? It must be a weird mod I have or something, breaking it, right?? Or maybe because I'm on mac?
