All roads on the global map have disappeared

I'm not sure, but I think it's because I replaced the mod (Roads of the Rim) with (Rails and Roads of the Rim)
I don't want to lose my colony, where I've spent 130 hours. If I can't restore the roads, is there a way to move the colony to the same seed?

Я не хочу терять свою колонию, где наигранно 130 часов. Если нельзя перегенерировать дороги, то может быть есть возможность перенести её на точно такой же сид ?

Put the mods back to how they were before, then load a save where it was like that already. It should be back to usual. Generally, it's not a good practice to remove a mod mid-save.
