Anyone know how to make a water re-texture mod?

Nature's Pretty Sweet used to have an AMAZING one, but now it gone with 1.6. I tried cherry picker to see if I could get it back but I cant. I love when the water looks SLIGHTLY more realistic in this game, everything else I keep vanilla. If anyone has recommendations I would love them! Thank you <3

I'd check out Clear Textures. Probably one of the best that still keeps closer to RimWorld's art style. Has the reflective water texture and everything. For a far more realistic texture pack, there's the LTO textures. But those are also very large in file size and VRAM requirement.
