Multi-Ideology Colony (diversity of thought penalties for all but one non-main ideology?)
Say if I want to have a colony that has 2 ideologies that are separate but equal. (Ex. Like in WH40K you have both the ecclesiarchy and the mechanicus) I want to have the low tolerance for other ideos but have there be an exception for 1 other ideo. Does this already exist as a mod? IF it doesn't doesn't anyone have an idea of how it could be done? :admech::LIS_pixel_heart:
