You've got it all wrong, I would love to see more crossover items.

I think a Skibidi Toilet all class hat would be quite epic!!

If I had the skill to, I'd make an all class half shoulder cape cosmetic, team coloured with the paint region be a stripe running through it or something. Idk how many styles you can have, but I'd want one that's "generic", then another that has some sort of class-specific pattern on it, like some camo for Sniper or Soldier, some fancy patterns for Spy, some char marks for Pyro, etc.
If you can have 4 styles, the other two would be the same ones I described, just for the cape being on the opposite shoulder.
