Editing HOI4 Savegame file
The Operation for forming a Collaboration gov't seems buggy, (giving me no advancement after the requisite 90 some odd days). I was wondering if anyone knows where in the savegame files that particular info was stored so I can correct it manually

edit> I already know how to change the settngs file ...binary=no
