Can someone please make a mod that adds all 3 Spanish exile generals to the Soviet Union? I know for a fact that the Soviets get Enrique Lister if Stalin is in charge, Valentin Gonzalez if it’s Trotsky/Supreme Soviet in charge, and when I checked the files for the event I saw that there is one more guy called the Shepherd or something, I can only assume he gets added if Bukharin was in charge.

Anyways a mod that adds all three to the Soviet Union would be awesome. Maybe they could be added with “Return democracy to the party” or the supreme Soviet focuses
