Mods wont load

i download mods but they dont load
i downloaded origin mods for arena but they dont work and i dont know how to fix it
im not on the beta btw

Go to this game's page on your library, then click the gear button right under the banner. Select "properties" and then "betas" after that. Proceed to click "Release Beta," the only option that should be there besides "None."
