Looking for a mod in which it is possible to immediately become a king in creating character menu

I am looking for a mod in which it is possible to immediately become a king in creating character menu, without a long fuss to intercept power. Somewhere I heard that there is such a mod, and it became very interesting. Please let me know if you know this mod.

Phantasy Calradia allows this, in the steam workshops.

There is an OSP kit for this that I used, after tweaking it heavily to fit my scheme of things. I show the "Start as King" OSP coming from MitchellD. When searching for that name, I fail to get a hit at Moddb, but found MitchPTI for Custom Troop Trees

This looks to be the kit that I used, so if you want plain Native + Diplomacy + start as a kingtry that. I added a great deal of changes to Native and I suppose it is an acquired taste, some like my changes some hate them. Start with this one and go from there, if you prefer.
