How to make my own Pain Sounds?

i wanted to customise audio by myself, since i haven't found any i need.

You could download crowbar and extract some mods and see how those are made specifically.

You would need to create a specific pathing like those in the custom folder and then compress it into a .Vpk

You may also need to download GCFscape wich will allow you to browse the
nmrih_dir.vpk main file.
From there you can browse the content of the "sound" folder,find pain sounds
and get their respective names (extract them too if you want) wich you'll need
to rename properly your customized sounds.
