Congrats the new DLC (GöDä) FORCES you to become a megalomaniac conquerer if for whatever reason in the midst you say nah diplomacy is better or if you want half diplomacy half conquest IT IS NOT POSSIBLE ANYMORE!

You are forced into a specific Playstyle which is the worst you can do in a game like HOI4.

You CANNOT GET RID IN ANY WAY of a Modifyer that will result in you having ZERO Factories. what friggin idiot had that idea and no it is NOT historic. financial bankruptcy has NOTHING to do with the ability to build new factories. you could argue that madifyer eats up some Civ Factories BUT NEVER ALL OF THEM!

This single thing completely breaks the game makes playing Germany completely unfun and feels FORCED it also results in the AI ALWAYS ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ UP as Germany.

REMOVE THAT STUPID IDEA AND MODIFYER!
