Small modding request
Hallo nice random stranger, I would ask if anybody could make a mod, so it would require to research 3 tomes, to tec up for next tier.

I tried to do it myself, but I can not get the modding program to create the edited files. Gladly open for advice to create it myself in a text program.

Thanks in advance for help or tips
