Recommendations for strategic resource mods
There are several mods that tweak strategics, but I'd like to ask if there are any that are compatible with the 6T unit expansion mods, and don't cause the whole world to be constantly short of iron and niter (happened with Zee's rework).

One simple fix I'd like is to have all units that consume oil or coal instead cost 20 of it upon production. Yes it makes less thematic sense, but from a gameplay perspective would work so much better (no more coal consumed despite ships lying in dock, brings it in line with the other resources, the AI won't outbuild its capacity to support). I would keep the uranium cost for GDR to keep their wonder-as-unit status.
