What if HAZARD (aka bath room guy from the AvA series) were in rivals:
Jab: 3 hit jabs that end with a stomp.
Dash: jump forward and at the same time tilting his body 90° so his feet deal the damage.
Forward tilt: quick hand block forward, (raising his hand and by that dealing damage, like the very first attack we saw he ever did)
Up tilt: hand stand with spreading both legs.
Down tilt: digging the ground underneath himself, bury opponents.
Forward strong: a shotgun.
Up strong: rising hand and a lighting bolt emerges from it from a "danger: high voltage" sign
Down strong: spawn female bathroom sign and both attack each side.
Neutral air: "do not litter" sign.
Forward air: smack from up and down by holding stairs from "incase of fire" sign
Back air: moving 90° and kick backward.
Up air: growing an exclamation mark on top of his head.
Down air: turn into a handicap sign and crash downward.

Special: differ depend on his current danger sign:
"Fire hazard" cause him to shoot flame forwards.
"Electric hazard" unleash a powerful lighting bolt on the spot in front of him.
"Toxic hazard" throw a small bomb that once hit someone, explode and release small toxins to the air.
"Radioactive hazard" cause him to hold up a nuclear bomb above himself, dealing powerful damage on the circle he is standing on.
Side special: turn into "bicycle sign" and ride forward. Doesn't deal a lot of damage, but good for flinching others and for recovering distance.
Up special: run upstairs on stairs from "emergency stairs only" sign, enter free fall after climbed 3 sets.
Down special: change signs. Switch between "fire hazard", "electric hazard", "toxic hazard" or "Radioactive hazard" options.
That order shows the weakest attack to the strongest. However, it also show how fast it recharge.
