Character description : Noddy is a wooden puppet who lives in Toyland as a cab driver and delivery boy all with his trusty yellow and red car, he has many adventures in Toyland with his friends.

Up tilt: he spins the bell above him
Down tilt: sliding kick
dash attack: strike with both feet together
foward smash: he uses the spring-loaded punch box to hit hard in front of him with long range
Up smash: he uses the spring-loaded punch box to strike hard above him with a long reach
Down smash: he knocks down 2 pins around him (don't worry, pins love to be knocked down)
Neutral air: bell strike around him while spinning into a ball
foward air: bell strike in front of him
Back air: bell strike behind him
Up air: bell strike above him
Down air: 2 kicks downwards (Dr. Mario's Down air)
Neutral B: (the neutral B of Animal Crossing's Villager and Isabelle): he catches an object or an opponent's projectile, puts it in his pocket and throws it back as if it were HIS projectile
side B: he gets into the car that has just appeared and drives it forward, can change direction by skidding and Oui-oui jumps out of the car.
Up B: he propels himself into the air with a spring-loaded box
Down B: he rings his bell to create a shockwave around him
taunt: Tessie Bear appears and gives him a kiss on the cheek before disappearing (SO ADORABLE !!!)
