Ratio between opt and maxCrew

Ahoy,

the ratio between optimum and maximum crew size is 25 percent in vanilla. Does anyone know how to change this ratio?

i bad speack english. cheat-menu, change script for youself, generic ship(Caribbean Legend\Program\scripts\ShipsUtilites.c), but it will change all new ships.
Or you may use artmoney/cheat engine
