^ if you ask someone to review ur item or effect in exchange for keys or something like that, then you're a poser. nothing you do online is trustworthy even if it's actually decent looking. you also look like a scammer too. so many tf2 "artists" will beg to pay you to leave a positive review lmao

No one is actually paying for upvotes on the workshop, it’s just scammers posing as the creators so they can get you to click on a fishy link. I love how you made this thinking you were smart and clever when in reality you’re showcasing the dunning Krueger perfectly.

I doubt there aren't workshop submission with paid upvotes/positive reviews.

I doubt there aren't workshop submission with paid upvotes/positive reviews.
Some are botted, but 99% chance that OP got contacted by scammers, luckily avoided voting, and then made this post thinking they were clever. Also it’s just not worth the effort and money contacting random people on steam for this.

True.

Not like paid reviews would matter because valve chooses what they find interesting rather than looking at what the community wants or what fits the game and it's artstyle lol.

The only reason I could see people is it for is to bump it to the front page/first page of the workshop.
