Any mods that give Germany OP weapon stats so they can take over the world?

mod is called "your brain" :)

if you play the game long enough you can take over the world with almost any nation without op weapons

I'd like it for the AI not myself. Think a scenario where the Nazis actually developed some uber super game changing weapons that causes them to spread almost unhindered.
