Created towns, cities,village lists

Hi, I've created lists for the villages, towns and cities for the counties/shires and a full towns (UK) list of 34,795 names. How do I upload them to the workshop ? I cannot find out how to upload them. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Since the final/Fall game update added the in-game Mod Browser, you can now publish mods to both Mod.io and Steam directly from within the game.
