How to make a simple Enemy Faction Mod?
I would like to make a Custom Enemy Faction Pack similar to the Oops! all SSI Enemy Pack or NGF Mod in workshop. But how do i get started or where even? I wanted to try and make enemy factions to face against with units being used by other mods. Any help would be great thank you.

You can always check the files for similar mods and see how they've done it.
