Mod for permanent iron man?
I like to play single missions rather then generated campaigns (altought I enjoy those crafted as well) however without Ironman it feels kind of a numb..Is there any mod which enables Ironmand for squad permanently?

Maybe it would be easier to make a campaign mod with the single missions you want to play.
