I wanna know which people are willing to make Saints Row 4 character mods and other mods for $10 on paypal
I would love to commission someone to make mods for playable characters for $10 on paypal for Saints Row 4 or request someone for free. I wanna have Tails as his classic self or like his Sonic the Fighters model along with some other characters

Yeah i'd like it even more if someone would make an updated guide on how to learn to mod, the last one was 12 years ago.
