I think the "More Inspiring Leader" doctrine should also buff Militia aiming times so they don't take forever to aim a gun. Even with the "Militia Training Doctrine" they still take way too long to shoot, so I hope any aiming speed buffs will stack w/ More Inspiring Leader.
An undercover ability might also help Militia be less useless, as they could act as mobile security cameras that spot targets for the team.
I'm also thinking about Optics.
Ghost ring sight as a nerfed Red Dot (and maybe some drawbacks) could be OK, for "vanilla with something extra".
Personally I don't like grinding or "this is good because expensive".
Undercover ability sounds nice AND dangerous, so I will implement it as "with your own responsibility" things.
It can be exciting with 1~2 UC Militia, 1 pistol and 1 grenade each.
But "12 UC Militia throw grenades" can screw some missions,
and there is already a good mod, with many combatants and some UCs.
